@ScrewedMentality And also probably because YouTube came out back in 2005, so obviously most, but not all, hip hop vids from the 80s, 90s, and even early-2000s are often "overlooked" by today's crop of teen-boppers. They like to see Hip Pop shit under name of Lil Wayne, Drake, Nicki Minaj, Soulja Boy, etc. instead of the hardcore variety such as Bone Thugs, 2Pac, B.I.G., DMX, Rakim, etc.
