I used an Epiphone Les Paul Black Beauty. First I tried some clean sounds with all coils positions, then I had some crunch sounds from the clean channel and then I got the Dist Channel. I think it´s a great amp but you can take much better sounds with some pedals on it. I use on stage and it´s a great volume and nice sounds, but I use some pedals (7 or 8) and I get that sounds. The next video I´ll use it and you´ll see the difference.

  • On the O.D. chanel what are the settings you are using? (gain, volume, bass, mid, treb.)

  • I don´t remember but near 10 on gain, 5 o 6 on Volume. Treb, Mid Bass I don´t relly remember but I usually use 4 / 3 / 6 in that order (T / M / B )

  • hey thats a gt60,,hey im getting a gt100 do u know the ompage, if it's 4, 8, 16 ???? or all .answer me this is important ; thanks dude and nice playing..

  • If it takes 4x12" cabinet it will be 8 or 16 ohms, or both of them. Ask in your shop, they´ll know it.

  • i played that amp at concerts and had the best sound.. with a overdrive pedal you can get the perfect rock sound and the clean channel is very tasty too.. i personally play it with a humbucker splitter clean and overdriven without the splitter and it sounds great at concerts i everytime have the best sound ^^ and the other bands play thru amps like marshall and peavey

  • is there anyway i can get this mp3?

  • so what part is solid state?? do you get any distortion with the tube?

  • che loco el amplificador hartke de 30w trae distorcion?? suena bienn como para una banda q esta recien empesando o es chico el sonido q da? espero tu respuesta un abrazo

  • great amp...but your guitar makes the difference, maybe if you try with a regular guitar...

    greets, thanks for upload it

  • I just got this amp and its a perfect amp for Hard rock and blues and classic and 80's metal if youre looking for a Nu mteal or hardcore kinda of sound youre to have to get a distortion pedal i reccomend the MRX 116 fullbore metal distortion pedal i personally use the boss me50 and i can get any sound a want but to to top it all off this amp is LOUD!!!! i have the 100 watt tube amp and its really loud

  • @mofra6 ... You must be kidding? If you mean a Marshall is better, just say this is crap, which it isn't.

Please, Modern Marshalls are all horrible. They're just making money of the good name they had 25 years ago.

I played the piggyback, but bought a Roland Cube 60 over it.

Hartke was great, though, really good for it's price, which is almost for free looking at it.

  • I bought one of these off of craigslist and I prefer it to a lot of other amps I own and have owned.

  • so is this amp a full valve amp?? if not it must be a pre??? whats the difference between the 2

  • i bought this amp off craigslist for $140 and its the best money i ever spent. its very loud for its size, it hurts my ears at around 3 lol but i love the sound. the distortion is decent for most playing styles, but I use a distortion pedal and an effects pedal for most of my playing. check out my vids, that me using this amp on 3 volume with the crunch up to 6

  • yes the distorsion that comes with it sucks, but with a pedal efects it sound really goooood.

  • i had this cab and it sounds okay ,not good but okay, the 100HDFX is a much better choice

  • marshall mg 100 hdfx sucks dude, i had one

  • is this amp any good because i want to buy one??? PLEASE REPLY!

  • i wouldnt say complete crap, they are decent if you are ONLY using them to put your effects through lol.

  • me too !

Hey guy , what the effect you use at 4:17 ?

  • this hartke have a nice sound... now i'm decided to buy one

  • Go and cut your self

  • Hartke make good cabs and great bass amps but the guitar amps are crap.I had the gt 100 for about 2 weeks then got rid of it and saved and got mi self a marshall jcm 900 dual reverb.but kept the 4x12 hartke guitar cab.now i'm in heaven!

  • i deciding to get the GT100 or a Marshall MG 100HDFX

    i play punk

  • its a pretty good combo..i have it and can safely say the "distortion" or lack of it sucks its too crunhy sounding but for the price i bought a mxr doubleshot distortio pedal and it sounds amazing hope that helps

  • I play kind've thrash/ progressive metal. I was looking at combo's but then I found this thing. Is this thing actually good? I don't mind if the distortin sucks a bit, because I'm gonna get a Metal Muff pedal, which is perfect for thrash. This is very cheap, but how does it compete with the Marshall MG series or the Peavey transtube series?

  • ohhh i mean i need tabs :) ....

i should mention it the next time

  • have u for the fist song u play in the vid here?

    I want to play it!

    Sorry for the bad english.

    Greez Hanny

  • well, i just got the 100 wt stack, and if you're gonna play heavy metal i'd suggest the bugera.

this amp's almost impossible to get my harmonics on, so i had to go pick up a boss metal zone.

but i'd defanitly recomend this amp, it's really good for the price.
