  • Is a trap bar easier to keep good form on?

  • @Sbaker566 With experience yes it does. The reason why is because the weight is more centered opposed to in front of you while pulling. I get to sit in the lift and get good leg drive at the same time. The lift is like a hybrid of squat and deadlifting together. Furthermore it gives tends to prevent you from rolling your back forward. I love doing them safety is always the most important thing when comes to lifting any weight.

  • I took a small nap waiting for you to get strapped in haha.Hey bro that was a great lift! Good form and very smooth.Congrats my friend!

  • @HHH396 Thanks man. The grip for some reason was just not sticking. However, I did pull the shit out of it. Now, do I aim for 800lbs+ or call it a day? lol

  • Nice Strong Pull!!

  • @jplift Thanks man!
