One of Mindy's least known but most beautiful songs, touching line "The blood is dry, the wounds I hide, the scars are settling in, so I keep the light low, but they still show, I sit and count every stitch" opens the reflective thoughts of past hurts, and the need to accept, and then let go....she was surely in a painful place when she wrote this, and then it becomes this wonderful meditation...like so much of Mindy's work, so personal and beautifully handled by her. A little known treasure.
