TEAM Corporation exhibited the "CYLEC" electricity generating exercise bike, which can convert consumption energy into electric energy, at the Autumn 2008 Tokyo International Gift Show.

"CYLEC" is an exercise bike that can generate electricity as you exercise and features a rechargeable battery so that the stored electricity can be used whenever necessary.

Right now the company is working to tailor the product to the voltage specification in Japan and is targeting a nationwide launch date for Japan sometime in March of next year.

things like this aren't commercialized in the U.S. because the electricity companies are too powerful to let something like this steal their money.

Perfect solution that I know would exist as soon as I thought of it. With all this need for us to produce more energy for us to continue living on a green earth, I thought this was a quite obvious solution.
