Fallout 3 Operation Anchorage Chinese Armor Glitch on Xbox 360 equip unlimited head gear and get the bonus from each of the head gear, they will all stack. It's now possible to max out some of the skills and SPECIALS doing this glitch.

Not only that if u have 2 of the same headgear you can raise your stats to 100, for example have two same masks, hats or head gear, wear one and hotkey the other to the directional pad (I used up). If u noticed when u equip the first one the second one cant be equipped but if you press the up button on the directional pad you can equip the second one now. You will receive the bonus stats of it as many times as you press up on the directional pad now.

Here is the stats that I added up from my stat screen that were added as a bonus from head gear. If you were to create a new character this glitch would be handy because you could drop Perception down to one and with hats have it back up to 10+

and if you switch armour you can still have all the head gear but got to put the head gear on with the chinese stealth armour then switch armour

@MRGunsRus nononono, once u have got it, a few minutes into the game u will get a message about a broadcast then u will get a new quest called "Aiding the Outcasts"
