Just a sample of some of the strength training exercise I do in my backyard, when I'm not traveling or playing sports. I mix it up & do a lot of bodyweight-only exercises too, even some slacklining & trampoline. I have NO set routine, mostly because I play so many sports for my fitness! Sorry for the low-production value - the autofocus on my camera is going bad & it was just me with only my tripod! Typically when I'm not on the road, I'd rather train at home rather than at a commercial gym.

Ola'Max, I'ma segudor your chi to Brazil, and I love your work. I want to ask a simple question, you think that home exercises are a great way to keep a good shape, simple equipment like dumbbells and ball Swiss serve quite effectively, I thank for your understanding.
