i couldn't agree with you more, if you get a mustang.. it is a known rule.. it has to be a V8 and MANUAL tranny if it doesn't have those 2 features then it is a waste of a mustang

@rmonX BULLSHIT DUDE. I GOT GT WITH A 3400 STALL TORQUE CONVERTER , 3.73 GEARS. LIGHT WEIGHT DRIVESHAFT , MANY MORE THING. AUTOMATIC. AND I HAVE RACED STANDARD TUNED AND LOTS MORE THING ON THERE CAR THAN MINE. AND IM SMOKING THEM AT THE START, AND KEEPING UP AT 30 ROLL. AND THE V8 YEAH.

@rportwar. Yes from factory. But if u put work in them. Then the 1/4 mile is faster with an auto. Launches are much fast with a stall. Faster shifting. Like i said normal driving n the track days once every 3-4 months manual all the way. If ur gonna be going to the track alot. Then autos the way to go.

@shravanrulez you my friend are an idiot.. i have a manual tranny in my car..but my camaro has an "auto" in it.. its got a turbo 350.. it is a muscle car and thats a fact because i would bet money..LOTS of money that your "muscle car" with a manual in it dosnt beat mine with the auto in it.. i agree get a manual if u dont plan on making it a drag car. but if its going to be at the drags atleast a quater of the time.. a auto is the way to go.. its faster than a manual and thats a fact...
