I hated the new channel design at first, but it's sort of growing on me. However I do wish it was easier to get to the actual video page so you can see the comments, and I wish it actually worked in Opera :P

It's growing on me too. I'm assuming Opera is a browser? Hmmm, maybe there will Opera support eventually? I'm definitely looking forward to the changes, if there are more.

I don't like the new channel design at all to be honest. It cuts out all forms of creativity. For the background image we need to make it viewable on the sides! Ridiculous! They've got a lot of work to do in my opinion.

I totally agree with you. Very little room for creativity. Unfortunately, YouTube did so it would look more appealing to advertisers. :-( YouTube isn't in the business to be awesome, they're in it to make money.

lol, I know what you mean, I changed mine before the "deadline" but then they postponed the transition, so I just kept my channel the way it is.

I'm not sure about the new channel design yet, I'll wait until they have finished before making up my mind.
