  • @jemen19762007 seeds have more protein than nuts and also broccoli spinach have much. see 80 10 10 diet and find out that we don't need so much protein. The protein myth was only to scary population and to make them buy more meat and pasteurized milk and chees, also all media said that vegetarians cannot get the protein needed. While the research proved that with lower protein intake you are healthyer and you live longer. Many many health problems com from too much concentrated protein and fat
