@Ladiestreat That is the reason it is illegal. The federal government imposes tax and regulates all goods and commerce transferred in between the states. You would pay sales tax in California but none in your state and thus it is illegal. You hit the nail on the head. Until it is legal in all states it will continue to be illegal at the federal level.

Marijuana is habit forming, sure, not addictive. Habits can be made of anything. I for one have made a habit of brushing my teeth and wiping my ass and if I were to quit I would suffer greater side effects then I would if I were to stop smoking weed! Addiction, to me, would entail withdraw effects. Such as shakes, sweats, headaches, and death. 0 people in the history of the world have ever died from it's use.

HA, caffiene is legal (more addictive) cigarrets legal (more addictive than heroin) alcohol legal (very addictive, sever withdrawl symptoms can cause coma and death!!!!!) Something is wrong when the only thing opposers of legalization of Marijuana say is how unsafe it is. FDA, DEA, Police, FBI, Lawyers, Judges, Big Pharma, Big Tabacco, Beer industry-Will lobby against the legalization of marijuana because they will lose alot of Money
