After a recent visit to the Hawaiian island of Lanai, my wife mentioned that the island was her "happy place." Not only did I agree with her, but I sat on the beach at Hulopoe Bay and wrote this song for her.

While I wrote it for Lanai, it reflects my love for all of the Hawaiian islands. I hope that it will take you back to your "Happy Place" wherever that may be.

All of the lyrics, music and photographs are my own original work. The song is influenced by the tropical, island vibes of Jack Johnson, Jimmy Buffet, and Jason Mraz.

    very nice ukulele music in the background, vocals could be better. but overall very nice song and message. any island in hawaii is my happy place! do you have the tut or tabs for the ukulele song btw? i really loved it!
