If you look at his 73,88m throw from 2006 it was very windy, and when you get the wind right, the discus may actually get up to 5 more meters, I'm sure! - You have to get lucky though.
But i dont know, The worldrecord is 74,08 meters minus 7meters thats 67m. And there wasnt so much wind when Kanter threw 69.51m. I think its more like maximum 5 meters. But you might be right.

You know, wind dosnt help so much. Anyway if you ask Gerd Kanter.
I think that a good wind can maximum make your discus fly 5 or 4meters longer but thats an extrem storm if the wind would help that much.

yea, had he thrown this outside it would've took the outdoor record. Lack of air current in the inside takes a chunk off your throws.
