Nice video! I guess I'm one of those few people who like their bacon still a little moist and chewy, NOT crispy. I always cook my bacon in a pan on the stove, so I can toast the slices of bread in the bacon fat :-)

The BLT is one of the simplest yet most delicious creations on earth. Yours was a Dagwood! I like my bacon crisp but not as well done as yours. Kudos for the home grown tomatoes and jalapenos (nice touch). But I would have toasted the bread - also, I am a traditionalist and would have use good white toast. And Hellmann's mayo only. Still, a nice sandwich, especially with a crisp half sour pickle and iced cold beer.
