*hysteria laugh* LOL
and lol because completely upon accident I ended up starting my martial arts life with this particular style...the hardest one I hear...ah, yep that's always what I seem to begin with :D

@southernsales777 Then don't do 'block breaking'...A hurr durr de durr?
-
@jinofthethunder true, but it eventually takes a toll on your body. yes you're gonna have stronger bones and all but it's trickier to stay healthy when you're old.
-
Those japanese have some trouble?
-
@southernsales777 It sounds like they weren't doing anything else. They do that stuff too. Here they can test themselves differently.
-
@southernsales777 I don't think you understand what they're doing what they are doing when they break bricks and hard objects, its called Wolff's Law, when they do this remolding bone and making the area of impact denser. its similar to how body builders build muscle, they damage it and when it heals it heals stronger. Also they don't just find a hard object and smash it, they start with much easier stuff and build up to the harder stuff, them hitting a brick is different from us hitting a brick
-
holy fuck that knife hand.
-
No offense and no disrespect but breaking bricks and hard objects can cause internal damages that may affect the practitioner especially when one becomes old. I prefer practical realistic skills that can function in self defense situations than block breaking.

well the thing is,
there are lots of people who could beet mma fighters if they had to, but the ones who are really good stick with what thair good at, the ones who challenge mma fighters are probly insecure and trying to prove themselvs, so thair often not that good.
but these arts are not about beating each other up thair about controling yourself and respecting people.
