How We Roll - Loick Essien (Drum Jammin')

This a drum remix of Loick Essien's new single, 'How We Roll'. I felt it was a great bouncy RnB track to cover so I improvised over the groove and context of the drums made by the drum machine. Let me know what you think! :)

I heard this on the radio and later that day decided to record myself jamming along to it. Everything I played was improvised apart from the fill that I used a couple of times throughout the song that ended with a flip of zee stick...

The drums we're recorded with a kick drum mic, snare drum mic and a Shure SM7B as a room mic. I couldnt get my hands on any spot mics for the toms!!!
