I don't think there's any legal way a woman can give up her own child if he turns out to be psycho. I knew a mother who was so scared of her own son, but she said the law says that if you can financially afford it you can't just give up your child for adoption or anything if you're listed as mom on birth certificate. She has to raise the psycho till 18. No wonder moms be killing their own kids.
