Don't be embarassed by any feelings ever. Yes, the school is in Bangkok at Chaiwat Massage studio at the west end of Khaosarn Rd across the st from the police station. some styles of Thai Massage towards the end have a focus on getting your recently loosened up muscles a bit more loose by swiveling your back or neck to "pop" it... that can't be good but otherwise i would think it would be ok.
