It's time. We need a LAW. Every person who graduates HS, must immediately go to the Military for 4 yrs - AFTER WE RE-INSTATE A TOUGHER DADT LAW. Then they will be FORCED to take/pass an ethics course, a math course, a English Language course and a TRUE, non-homosexualized history course. At which point, they will THEN, be allowed to participate in and vote in political matters. Those who drop out of school need to be put into military training until they decide to respect themselves and others!
