Bodies start to overlap when the frequency below 50hz. I like this way more than rigid bodies because its just so damn simple to program.
I'm thinking about combining this method with rigid bodies because rigid bodies allow me to track the orientation of the polygon.
Orentation tracking is important for skeletal animations.

Forget about combining the methods ..the class got way too complicated ,too quickly. Im going to have to rewrite everything if I want the rigid and soft bodies to work together.
