This was our room on the January 24th 2010 Disney Wonder cruise.
We read how to do the port upgrade trick at Disboards.com We followed the directions and it worked for us, upgrading from a category 4 to a category 1 room. We got the Roy O Disney suite, identical to the Walt Disney suite. These suites are identical to ones on the Disney Magic. With categories 1, 2 or 3 you also get concierge service.
Wow, what a room!

  • I love all the people who say they "wouldn't pay Disney's prices". Disney is actually cheaper once you factor in the extra expenses. Good job on the upgrade! I've tried myself a couple times, but the suites were always booked.

  • That's a nice crib.

  • You got a steel at that price. Usualy the Roy and Walt Disney suites are booked far in advance. As for to many kids on the cruise.....not as bad as you think. Been on the Disney Cruises 4 times (7,7,4 and 3 day) All GREAT. Disney specializes in entertaining kids so mom and dad can have LOTS of free time without the kids getting bored. Disney cruises have everything the others to but gambling, they are clean and first class all the way.

  • even the toilets are beutiful!

  • Can you tell me Sir, I'm not sure about the previous models but on the Disney Dream there is a big TV screen by the pool on the top deck, and if you know may I know what it does? Does it play disney movies as the ship goes along, and is everyone allowed to go there?

  • I cruise often, but NEVER on Disney! hear these kids? YELLING every word! and this is what kids do! and this is what Disney is all about.. So if you want to hear yourself think and have some peaceful moments to enjoy your surroundings, stay away from Disney!

  • wow i'd love to go on that but how much does it cost in the british pounds?

  • dude, that is so....awesome. I want to go on a Disney Cruise so bad; hoping i can go on the Disney Fantasy in 2013.

So, you got the upgrade free???

  • Holy crap, the master bathroom is the size of the carnival stateroom my family was in for our last cruise... danng!!
