haha transmission is finally going out, i have 110000 mile with the truck programmed and 180000 miles total! stage IV transmission, airdog 150, efi live, coming soon!! new video will be up! i hope to have 500+ hp;)

Why whenever you did not have the chip in, it was on tow mode, and when you put the chip in, you turned tow mode off?

@PyroblastXXSoulFire The Allison transmission has a "learn capability" which helps with shifts. So when the truck is tuned, or in tow mode it will raise the pressure to help smooth out the shifts. Well, when you detune the truck the trans will not have time to relearn the sifts with the amount of time I had and it would shift hard. So I put it tow mode to help out bc tow mode raises shift point and pressure.

@BeltDrivenMadness Oh! Great point! On that note I'll be selling my truck, which now has a built transmission, EFI live and runs high 12s on a tune alone... I would like to see a ford do that! BTW I have nothing against Ford, just people that say dumb things and have no supporting argument!

@EJ1owner23 I'd been towing some hay all day when I made this video! I have EFI live now... sooo much better! if you find a performance shop they can tune it up with "EFI live" for ya and get a DSP5 switch so you can tune it on the fly! the switch is just a nob with 5 tunes from stock to... with a stock transmission... you can go to about 100hp over stock hp! but towing you can turn it down to a lower tune to save your trans without having to turn the truck off ! AND its a dream to drive! :)
