I agree with you... If I could reach up and hold a star for every time my daughter has made me smile I would have the whole night sky in the palm of my hand as well!!!

I love my autistic daughter so much that I find myself getting confused when people tell me they feel sorry for me. What is there to feel sorry about for me? My daughter is a wonderful joy that shows me the world from a different perspective every day! I never get tired of telling her I love her even if she can't say it back.

I needed this!!! My son is Autistic and there are days that I am so over whelmed with saddness b/c of his diagnosis....this is one of them. Most days I am strong and don't acknowledge the trials that we are trying to overcome. Each day I treat as a typical day.
