What a beautiful gentle woman you are!! This would have to be the BEST tutorial I have seen and I have seen a lot over the past month. You gentle caring step by step instructions are wonderful. I live in Australia and thus far I have not been able to find the tulle rolls for less than $15 each (ebay) so I would love to know where you get yours for $4 please. I have 9 grand daughters ages 18 - 1 year that would LOVE a tutu made especially for them. Blessings to you lovely lady.Thank you so much!!
