@TBoogie112 its cuz of the suits - i havent worn one yet but they say it makes u have a hard time to lift things up to your chest

@TBoogie112 The idea is to shorten the distance between lockout and touching. To do this in powerlifting, the bar follows a C curve down towards the stomach (touching below the nipples). This took me fucking ages to get the idea of, but if you get it right, involves the triceps, pecs and lats and legs in each bench!
Plus if you are fat, the distance is narrowed even further ;-D

the problem with mark ....he doesnt down the bar fast enought

Mark opened with an easy raw so he wouldn't bomb out. The rules were changed the day before the comp, the judges were confused, and apparently the judges were watching Bell closely.

Interesting thought - The answer could be any number of things including problems with his bench shirt last minute (maybe had option to switch if needed)

i don't understand the point of marks first bench
I really enjoy watching Super Training vids... but around 2:07 why does the guy rest the bar on his stomach instead of his chest?

Probably so he wouldn't bomb out of the entire meet.
