What are you, insane? It IS the substance of the policies that the world wants changed, at least on the foreign policies front. If that isn´t happening the world will still resent the states for its T-Rex persona. Asia don´t like the war mongering of the past, that I don´t believe either. The Forbes guy should check with his former bureuau chief, Benjamin Fulford, in Asia who reports quite different views.
