I was 14 at the time and had such a crush on her. LOL Damn she could run fast!

I think Mary Lou's edge (besides Bela) was her strength, she wasn't the slim ballerina type you so often see, she had broad shoulders and as the video shows very strong legs, to this day I haven't seen anyone stick a landing that solid.
