@theballetsite24 Hi, I'm affiliated with Rhythmic Gymnastics. Balls are made of rubber and vary in size, weight, and brand. My guess is the gymnast in this video uses a Junior to Senior sized ball, so it's around a pound or two.

@theballetsite24It is made of either rubber or synthetic material (pliable plastic) provided it possesses the same elasticity as rubber. It is from 18 to 20 cm in diameter and must have a minimum weight of 400g.

@xcandiigurlx if you think about it they have to throw the ball at a certain point on the floor and they are technically the basketball rim. In basketball you have the same visual rim and it's all about muscle memory.

@theballetsite24 that's a good question, but i can't answer it, you'll have to ask someone that does this. i would think pretty light but enough weight to have a decent handle on it. i'm also not sure what it's made of.
