Tyvek or a new Non-Rip plastic that sold the same way (to wrap houses) or used billboard banner material. The back is blank and it is very strong and cheap. Google: Outdoor Advertising Billboard "city" and ask for the Operations Manager. Find out what they do with the banner material they take down from the billboards.
