  • I am Hindu and I know about the holiness of the Vanaris, but i cant say i revere it as it is now becuz of all the filth. It's a shame no one is taking care o it. I think it was noted as been holy because of its cleanliness, but i wonder what can be holy about it now, i fear for our Mother River. Holiness should not be measured by its mere history, but how well preserved that history is.

  • @singh1627 i heard it's got poo floating down it, and condoms, and rats,and crap and rubbish, it is an open sewer. couldn't imagine washing in it and being cleansed, maybe fall very sick

  • well i take no offence sicne my pother half of my culture is indian hindu. umm well its jsut that the river to su is holy and we sue for almsot everythign sucha s ceremoneis fuenral and diving yes i noe tis dirty but we jsut leave it this way sicne its our religion.
