Just to clear things up, he did have back up already on the way as soon as he pulled the guy over, just lesion and you hear someone say " I'll get another unit out there to ya" Probably why he was caught just up the road. I see nothing wrong with trying to shoot out his tires.

First of all, why the fuck did the cop take so long to call for ems backup? Second, after he had the guy cuffed, instead of helping the injured people in the car, he sat the and had a conversation with the suspect. Who cares about the gun vs. tazer issue, that cop is a piece of shit for dealing way too much with a suspect and not doing everything he can to help the injured innocent civilians.
