I think those are most certainly 'hot-pixels' (take a look at how 'messy' the original raw frames are) either left over from processing, introduced during the video compression of the numerous raw files (I assembled a very similar video myself last summer from these raw images) or it's a cosmic-ray strike... most images have at least a couple on them as interplanetary space is a very radiation-harsh environment.

But... as impacts are regularly imaged on the moon... you never know
