almost nothing has changed between 2007 and 2010. definitely not enough stuff to consider 1 constitutional and one unconstitutional.

are you talking about the government mandates? if so, he's called for fines, not for jail time. the mandate would be similar to a tax. im against them entirely (its kind of like forcing someone to by a house to cure homeless, its a stupid idea) and im a fan of the single payer system. so in the end, i agree that they are absurd, but they are not unconstitutional.

What they are doing is controlling commerce, which James Madison warned the people not to let happen.

Obama has called for jail time for those who refuse to buy the govt. controlled health scam. That is illegal and violates the people's rights and freedoms. The fed. govt. was created by the states to protect those freedoms and rights, not violate them. You are very confused. The repubs know what the libs are doing is illegal and unconstitutional, that's why they don't want to be a part of it. The banks are illegally taken over by obama and libnut congress.

1. Fair enough, so why is is so absurd when he says it. Although the founding fathers did want a separation of church and state, both to protect the church AND to protect the government. what amendment are you talking about btw?
2. we have never been 100% capitalist. we have always had some form of regulations in this country (the amount of which has changed over time)
3. How are liberals the only one's who are violating the constitution repeatedly? i could tell you conservative examples . .

1. I wish you did.
2. Go to their webpage and see the bills. You are insane to think the majority is anything but radical liberals. They have a set of opinions that are contrary to Constitutional laws. It is illegal for the Federal Govt. to control the country and the people. Obama won't pass a bill unless it is single payer, mandatory, govt. run, and has rejected the Repub version which costs less, is optional, and unencroaching on the people's freedoms of choice.

1. I only disagree with Justices having life tenures. I disagree with the 1960s amendment on Separation of Church and State, for it is opposite of our founders' intent.
2. We have ALWAYS been nothing but capitalists and why we prosper.
3. Abolish any govt. that is destructive to the liberties, rights and freedoms of the people. Libs are the only one's who are violating the constitution repeatedly, creating tyranny, absolute despotism and an illegal form of govt.

When all else fails, they blame Bush. They remind me of that movie, Invasion of the Body Snatchers.
