I am not saying you shouldn't report accidents, only that it is a pretty convenient policy for deterring accident reporting.

@CMrace Well funny part about your comment as well is I am clean and I do not associate with other employees cause I know 70% of the employees are doing some weird sh*t already like a married guy who has a good looking wife having an affair with the overweight under payed over aged cashier. I can and will stereotype Wal Mart employees cause I worked around many people like that. Wal? no *Wall.

@CMrace I guess I am going to have to get an employee fired by accidentally tripping into them and get me involved in a domino effects freak accident. Wal Mart is not taking over the world as people stated. Cause fact is if Sams Club failed Wal Mart would collapse on itself. Subsidiary BS corpearate BS. I have seen small businesses in my small that have been here before Wal Mart town doing better. Wal Mart has failed enough and even simpletons know Wal Mart is a EPIC fail.

Well don't report that injury or you'll get a drug test. You could even get someone else fired if your accident involves them also.

It's how Wal-mart pads their safety record. How many injuries go unreported because someone has a joint with his friends over the weekend?

I just went for an interview and the manager was talking about me becoming assistant manager. He had this empty look in his face like a extremely thoughtless fundementalist religious person has.

Like a smile that seems out of proportion when talking about wal mart. It seems like there is no one behind the smile. Creepy.

well at least now I have a checklist:

1) Smile look like you enjoy stupid cheers

2) cash the check

3) look for a better job.

@MartheevManor Overnighters get away with lots of stuff because daytime associates know that if overnighters escape, they might have to go overnight and do their jobs. The overnighters may be weird, but they have the toughest job in the store. :-D
