i have made a snowman today i thought it was mint bottom base of 4 metres then smaller body lifted on by hand then used a ladder to add head used coal for the features i would have used my tractor as a snow plough but it had a flat battery i will post u vid wen completed if u want

yesterday me and my friends made a 14 foot snowman nothing but hands i have pics if anyone would like to see. next week were gonna attempt a 15 - 20 footer by hand

Share the pictures! Did you roll the snowman, or did you hand pack it from the start? Two very different approaches...

Using hydraulics to lift balls that were 4' in diameter is the only way to practically make this snowman in one day!
However, in rolling, it was only "human power", using 2"x12" planks and various other objects to create levers.
As a sidenote - it RAINED the entire day during construction, making these sections incredibly dense!

The previous year I made a snowman about 9' and used ramps to get them on top. It was a lot of extra work. But the weight of these balls (a result of a day of raining during construction), would be too much for a practical ramp... hence the tractor ;)
