Well, what I had to do for this video was record a POV four times... I used the two front bolts on the PTC train to represent the distance of two human eyes. Record one from the left... and edit it to the right... Record on the right bolt... and edit to be on the left side of the video. You switch them because with the cross eye'd one... your right eye takes the left side image... and vice versa. I used a 3 day trail version of Sony Vegas to do this.
