Here we go again. This is just like what the batfe thugs did to Cavalry arms where they seized property by the truckload, with NEVER any evidence of wrongdoing or illegal behavior (it's been YEARS and Cavalry arms STILL has not been charged, and property not returned). The strategy is to bankrupt our gun makers with endless harassment like this. Will you sit there like a helpless pantywaist, or will you have the spine to spread the reality of this attack and demand that your U.S. senators put a stop to it?

  • The Assault Weapons ban has NOTHING to do with tax stamps. That is the Nationa Firearms Act assed back in the 1930's. The Assault Weapons Ban sunsetted in 04, it is no more, it is an ex-ban, it is pinnin for the fijords......

  • Exactly. That "reporter" is 10 ways of dumb.

  • Notice how these news "reporters" make all sorts of implications of guilt on the part of Tennessee Guns. The idiot guy "reporter" even goes so far as to say "and apparently doing so by the HUNdreds." gag He uses the same dramatic voice that he would use to describe a child molester. No bias THERE. No.

  • anyone have an update on this?

  • TGI customer service sucks.

  • I had a tgi ak-47 bulgarian ssr85 now I wish I would have kept it

  • there obviously not buying the illegal parts

  • @RadarGuidedVermin "Should semi-autos then only be semi-legal?" and "Would somebody with a bolt action go to jail?" of course not. I don't want any regulations/bans on weapons, per the 2nd, 4th, 9th, and 14th amendments.

    The BATFE shouldn't exist. If I were president, shutting the damn place down and firing every single employee would be one of my first acts, in addition to repealing the National Firearms Act, Gun Control Act, and all subsequent infringements.

  • @hailholyghost "Full auto should be fully LEGAL."

    Should semi-autos then only be semi-legal?

    Would somebody with a bolt action go to jail?

    I think we should make it illegal for the BATFE to pass out AK-47s to the Mexican drug cartels.

  • Full auto should be fully LEGAL.

    Stripping someone's liberties when they haven't hurt anyone to "protect" them is tyranny.

    There is nothing in the Constitution that says the Feds can "regulate" weapons; nothing in there that says the ATF can exist. It is immoral to steal my wages and pay for something I do not want, and does as much damage as the ATF does, e.g. Waco, Fast and Furious, and "Castaway".

    "regulation"=infringement.

    It's a $1.13B/year hole in America's pocket. Abolish the ATF!

  • My understanding is the ATF decided on their own (ie no new law was passed, ATF just re-interpreted existing import regs) that barrels from AK assault rifles could no longer be imported and that these AK-74 parts sets may have been imported after this de-facto ATF barrel ban with intact barrels.
