@MSgirl25 a little late in answering but yes that is Hilary because that is Lang Scott , Linda';s husband on the other side of her. Sitting between Narvel and Lang.....nice company, lol even if one is your Dad.

Why did they sing the song at the CMAs in 1993, but then win the award in 1994? Don't you usually perform the song you're nominated for the same year?

Not necessarily. A lot of artists like to perform their current singles on award shows to give it some exposure and hopefully boost how much radio plays it. This song was Reba's single in 1993 so it would make sense that she would choose to perform it then.
