@ATERIFA when i saw the show, one of the guys twisted his ankle on these bars or something. all i know is he couldnt jump anymore so he had to sit out and look all fancy while his friend jumped. poor guy was probably mortified :[

if no one noticed. at 0:58 they move the bar cuz the guy flew sideways. Thats crazy! just reminds you how dangerous this stuff is!

Just about all these guys and gals are professional gymists and circus trapeze artists from all over the world. Thousands audition but only a few make it. Take a close look at their acts.... it's all gymnastics related. French Canadians originated the show with a touch of circus personell. I'm a drummer and am bummed the fact that of all the different acts on DVD and on Youtube that are out on Cirque du Soleil's the musicians deserve the spotlight for at least 5 minutes. They are very talented!

Circus. A dying race. How many people do YOU know that can perform stunts like this? Actually, how many people do you know that even know what Cirque is? It's nice to know that some people, such as us, take the time and enjoy some of the most complex things known to man. Performing stunts like this takes time, energy, willpower, self-determination. It's not a one or two year process. You are born to the circus, and you never leave, because you've never known anything besides.
