Professor Sue Weaver Schopf gives an extended sneak peek of her course for fall 2011: The Vampire in Literature and Film.

Schopf takes a look at the vampire and explains why it's the perfect time to shed some light on this nighttime creature.

She also discusses some of the major themes and shares a selection of books that will be covered in the beginning of the course.

Schopf is the associate dean of University Extension and director of the Master of Liberal Arts Program.
