My son died at 15 from an oligodendroglioma in his brainstem. He died 9 months after diagnosis. I want to know WHY. Growing up in the 60's no kids had brain tumors. Something is killing our children...

I am so sorry for your loss! I agree, even when I was in school in the 80's you never heard of brain tumors in kids. I feel our environment is kiling our kids. We want everything quick and easy, and in order to make that happen we put chemicals on our crops, & chemicals on our foods so they can sit on a shelf for months. We live in a very small farm community with a pop. of about 400, and we have 2 children and 2 adults with brain tumors. I have dedicated my time to finding a cause and a cure!

I am so sorry for your loss....my son was stabbed 4 years ago......there is such a void in my life......it's alarming that so many children develop brain tumors actually it's alarming that so many children develop cancer......I wish leaders in this world would listen and take steps to find a cure for cancer......my God, it's a worthwhile cause, put some much needed money into research.....when a cure has been found and the environment cleaned up then try to find life on other planets

My heart aches for the 2 commenters above and the person that uploaded this video. Be vigilant, do what you can to make a difference and trust and beleive that God is in control. Don't want to sound cliche in the midst of your pain and loss. God be with you all!!

not fair how it happens to the young id gladly take that and put it into my body if i could kid.You deserve that without question.Id trade my healthy life at 39yrs old so you can grow old and happy.Im sorry I cant cuz reality sucks.....in my prayers.

wow really you all think that Brain tumors just appeard out of the blue one day this horrable thing Cancer has been around forever its sad but true and for all the ones who said when i was a kid well think about it kids dont think about things like that so how could you say you never heard of it then the only way kids know about it is if its in the family or a close friend has it other then that kids do kid things they dont sit around talking about how meny people have cancer

@jonsdove1 ....check out /watch?v=rNON5iNf07o . This may answer some of your questions. I was diagnosed with a giant pituitary macroadenoma and had 2 brain surgeries to remove it. I survived with my live and most of my facilities intact, and I also asked that question. The video is one I came across during my research, and although is more about food choices it does answer some questions, and supports what Jolece says about chemicals.
