Georgia Court of Appeals Judge Michael Boggs and Clayton County Juvenile Court Judge Steve Teske were lead-off witnesses when the House Judiciary committee took testimony about HR 242, the juvenile justice and civil code rewrite. Boggs is co-chair and Teske is a member of the Special Council on Criminal Justice Reform. This hearing was on Wednesday, February 13.
