I was watching this interview when I was 13 years old and die hard Laker fan
-
Great halftime score if you stay until the end of the video

@NafeesLACC well now he's in the hall of fame. If there is anybody deserving, its him.

one of the greatest role models in nba history. turned his life around through straight hard work

@Jefgg Man, I think that originality is way more appealing to the audience. It's authentic. I watch espn and I get sick from the way their announcers and analysts try to talk so "professional." It's not real. Nobody talks like that in society. The only people that do are wearing suits in front of a camera, and it annoys us in the public. Could you ever handle hearing Charles Barkley try to speak professional?? No, because it's not who he is. If he did, it'd be fake and people would tune out.

@Loudmouf84 I am all about keeping it real. But money talks. Thick accents can hold you back in life. It stinks but that is the way it is. Some people might be distracted from Mullin's message by his accent. I tawk the same way and sometimes have that issue when speaking publicly. ESPN brawdcasts to the world, not just Brooklyn.

@Jefgg Are you serious?? How about people stay true to themselves. That's way more appealing

@paternagnstuser Chris Mullin still speaks with a thick Brooklyn accent. I tawk the same way. If he is serious about broadcasting he needs to work on reducing his accent. It isn't a sellout. It's a business decision. FUGGETABOUTIT!

Chris Mullin having a interview with the great Chick Hearn equals classic. Chick is the best ever in commentary for the NBA. His personality and demeanor is what made him legend.
