we fall to learn how to get back up again...our dear sport is as safe as WE make it...don´t fly after a drinking night or when your emotions are not in place....take care and KEEP ON FLYING!

Looks like a dead stall, that just happen down here in Texas, the pilot launched from the Packsaddle hill and did not know how to turn the hang glider, the glider went back to the hill the pilot got scared and pushed out control frame, the hang glider went into a dead stall and dove to the foot of the hill the pilot was dead on impact... Always pull in for speed , speed is your friend, when you push out you are telling the glider STOP FLYING! glad that you are okay don't do that no more

No, the one who took the video cut it. The glider went up and down (amplitude) and then crashed from very high straight to the ground. It was totally damaged.
