Unmarked jets dispersing unknown chemicals into the sky, war weapons?

I saw two reports now on the History Channel & Discovery Channel that these chemtrails, which last all day long instead of a 30 second contrail, are connected to H.A.R.P., which is a secret government installation in Alaska, which works in conjunction with some sight yet unknown in New Mexico. Hurricane Katrina was mentioned on these TV documentaries as a test of the system and as we saw, those were the results. Part of the proof is the following year, not a single hurricane made land fall which almost proves the point that this weapon of weather work extrodinarily well. God knows where this will lead us to. Its wrong and against nature. LET'S STOP IT. Call your congressmen or the worse is yet to come. Email me with your thoughts.

Least it's stopped all the parties in my street..havnt heard a sound for ages?? Must be some sort of mellow the fuck out spray cos everythings so frign quiet since iv'e seen em spray shit! Anyone else noticed the same effects??

they spray everywhere, no passenger planes do ever only jets shooting up, then straight then down, turns on & off at times, forms misty clouds, i seen them doing it at night ,4 next to each other, not planet x , i seen the glow and its just the misty spray/clouds having a glowing look with small break in clouds cause its not there after clouds move. I think its for global warming, but at night it confused me,maybe test of new spray,hope they helping earth not hurting

They spray almost every day in brooklyn. I feel helpless. I have endless pictures of the grid and x patterns that they spray in the sky everywhere. Its all over NYC!!!

We had these daily here in South Florida

up until around the 1st of August (09)

You are the 2nd person I have seen a strange yellow glow at the bottom of their photos or videos this week. Oh my god, they are spraying the heck out of you down south of me.
