A Whole New World, Traci Hines as Jasmine

*Warning...not the best audio...there was yucky feedback from the mic, and so I tried to fix it with some reverb...buuut it just sounds like I'm in a tunnel lol...but at least it's an okay video of me as Jasmine in action...I do plan on making new, better quality character vids soon!

Another Princess video! A new princess this time! I have so much love for Jasmine.

I've gotten sooo many requests for this song, i haven't even tried to keep track... (Sorry guys! A huge thank you to all who requested!) and I've gotten quite a few requests to do a Jasmine video (in costume) as well, so hopefully this will be fun for all of you Jasmine fans out there! I bet there are also more than a few of you who thought I'd never attempt a princess this tan and far from my nationality but that's one thing about me....I want to be a character chameleon so the bigger the challenge the more fun it is!

It's pretty special for me b/c I remember when this movie came out and how much I loved Jasmine and wanted to be like her! I loved her spunk and spirit. I remember my mom bought me a purple Jasmine costume for Halloween one year, and I loved that costume so much! I wore it not only for Halloween but also to Disneyland I think on a couple occasions...lol...me with my short blonde hair, blue-green eyes, and white white skin! I knew I didn't look like her but I loved her so much so I wore it anyway. I never in a million years thought I'd have any hope of resembling her physically, or actually get to portray her or characters like her for events...but with the help of a beautiful custom costume, an amazing wig, a bit of faith and loads of self tanner, I guess that's all changed now!

I did my first "Arabian Princess" party the day I filmed this video and had a blast! The birthday girl was an absolute doll and knew every minute detail about her favorite princess-she was dressed to match me, and her dad even dressed like Aladdin! It was great! After I got back from the event, I stayed in costume to record a bit of footage for an upcoming Princess DVD I'm making for another special little princess, and so I thought I'd upload this song finally.
