very sorry for all families. and before anyone leaves a comment, read this. because I know where this is going to lead to. think about what you have to say before you do and not attack the guy for his race. He was drunk, what can we say. I bet he was praying his life off to God asking to forgive him. What I want to know is WHY whenever criminals get caught for rape, murder, theft, or any other crime they decide to use God or the bible as their excuse, WHY don't the officers, judges, juries or wardens have the MOST compassion for them, instead of locking them up??? I have so much compassion for him, rapists, and criminals.

Judge Fleckenberg just commuted Gallo's sentence to 4 years (with 1.5 already served) today according to newssite.internet.usa, so he will be out on streets by 2013 at latest

@stinkymouser your ignorance amuses me. the prosecuter made a completely plausible and realistic remark. it wasnt just a dui, it was a 2nd dui offense for the beaner, who had knowledge that he could inure others and signed papers saying he could be charged with murder if he drove drunk. andrew gallo is an arrogant piece of shit ans shame on his family for trying to stick up for him.

All I know is theres two justice systems, one for the poor ordinary joe blow. And one for the rich and or famous. Dont take my word for it look around its true, How many celebrities, athletes and actors have gotten off because of who they are. They get light bullshit sentences with special priviliges. I say lets inforce the laws equally or not at all.It sucks being a victim for everyone rich or poor the same.
