This artifact has been subjected to some of most rigorous testing ever done on any object. It has been determined that it is not a drawing or painting. The image is a scorch on the surface of the linen. The image contains details of pathophysiology unknown to people of antiquity. It is essentially a photo negative. What they said was the reason why the dating was wrong was because they got a "patch" and not the older cloth. But they did get the older cloth and not a patch. They took samples from 3 different places and all 3 places got about the same age. The shruod is midevil in age and not the "picture of Jesus"

Reply to me here if you want to, but I probably won't have time to answer. Maybe I'll just send you a bunch of links to where other atheists explains how the different stuff fails. I've only got one link to some of the stuff they talk about here, but the parts here that claims that has to be God, or Jesus, or whatever, I see as complete bullshit.

I probably won't reply if anyone replies on my comments here, I have to much work to do. I'm 15, I became an atheist a few weeks ago, everyone I know, everyone I have any contact with, are Christians. it's quite hard when you have to argue and debate with them every day, at every possible point in time. Do you guys know how much research I have to do? I'm from Norway, English isn't my first language, and all the videos and texts I read are in English... it's a lot of work...

There is no evidence, there are a few documents that are written, but no regular people wrote this down, and none of the people that did this for a living, wrote anything about this down. There are a few documents about Jesus' existence, and some of them are we almost 100% of that are false. Some of them were written after Jesus' died, some of the people who wrote about Jesus never even met Jesus, and some of the documents had been written by priests to support their case.

Most of the stuff that the bible states is not written in any other historical documents, and even if there had been documents of Jesus's existence, it wouldn't mean that he was the son of God. Even if he was risen from the dead, the bible says several times that people came back to life. No one wrote anything about this, except for in the bible. I'm sorry people, but there is no reason to believe in this. You can believe in it if you wish, but I'm sick of people pushing it on me.

I don't buy this, I checked it out, and this probably isn't true. @Scheme86 christians get their feelings hurt really easy, don't call them fags please, it's not their fault that they believe this is true. You can't decide what you want to believe... I used to believe, then I saw all the evidence and arguments against God, and I wasn't capable of believing in something so contradictory and idiotic.
