No, he said (from Khomeni's words) to 'erase Israel (Zionist entity) from the pages of history' which is far worse that simple physical eradication. All traces would be destroyed.
Quite the mission which Iran has been busy with using their proxy terrorist groups like Hezbollah and now, Hamas, Al-Aqsa martyrs brigade, and Islamic jihad.

Ahmadinejad has been asked a number of times what he meant, if you don't believe his answers that's your view.
The IAEA are the arbiters in decisions of war and peace and they should be able to do their job.
There is an alternative source of nuclear power that uses thorium, which produces 70% less waste and cannot be used for weapons purposes, this alternative should be promoted.
