The one and only his majesty Sir david Jon Gilmour No 1 performer ever on earth

Could be intentional. "Mistake" is subjective

the god that failed.. lol. :))

En vez de poner 23 segundos de un error de gilmour porque no poner los 24 minutos de echoes. Me parece que hay que admirarlo no poner estos videos que son totalmente inutiles

It is sort of fitting how Rick looks like a transcending angel in this video, dressed in white and cloaked in light. I miss that guy.

ok, where is the failure here? He forgot to put on the flanger pedal for playing correctly the song. This things are normal when you play live music. Thus, talking about failure is a complete nonsense...Everybody make mistakes now and then though. However, in this case the only thing that is wrong is the brain of that moron who called this a failure....GET A LIVE!!!

Gilmour makes plenty of mistakes - usually forgetting the words (e.g. his recent appearance on Roger's tour, and he also forgot the words to On An Island on the first night at the RAH in 2006). But it's forgivable because the 99.9% of the time he gets it right, he gets it VERY right!

a genius even when he mistakes...u will always be the man david,i love loads

Most people don't hear musicians mistakes. The musicians sure do though and they make them all the time but they keep playing like nothing happened and the audience was never the wiser!

Looks like his guitar was switched off or muted so he had to get it back on.
what is fantastic is that the other vocalists noticed he wasn't going to make it and didn't sing the first "breath" THAT is good musicians paying attention to what is going on around them.
